AfricaBio offers training in Risk Communication for Scientists, Regulators and Commercial operators this courses is 2-3 days. Communication training on general biotechnology is also offered in this course.

Farmer Training
AfricaBio offers training for growing insect resistant maize especially designed for small scale farmers. This courses is 2-3 days. Information days for farmers and their communities are also offered by AfricaBio these days include information on the technology and demonstration of biotechnology crops such as maize, soya and cotton.

Biosafety Training
AfricaBio offers courses on biosafety including biosafety for non- biotechnologists especially designed for those who are new to the subject or are working in related fields and need to understand what biosafety is, what national and international legislation and regulations exist and how these are applied. This course is 5-6 days.

Biotechnology and Food Safety
Courses on food safety can be offered according to the participants needs

Biotechnology Training for Schools
School education is also provided on request and the following module can be used by schools for assisting learners to understand biotechnology.
